The rights holder or provider of access to Space Pilot is identified in the individual proposal, agreement, invoice, or other access document. The price, payment and refund procedures, term, territory, and applicable law are determined by that document and mandatory legal requirements. This page supplements, but does not replace, the individual terms.
1. Product Purpose
Space Pilot provides tools for drafting, translation, contextual assistance, and local quality control in a compatible Chat-Space interface. Each result is a suggestion to review, not an automatically sent message.
2. Access Rights
Access is granted to the specific customer, team, browser profile, or device within the scope agreed with the rights holder. Unless agreed otherwise, the license is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and may be revoked for a breach of these terms.
- Install the extension only through an approved method and for the agreed number of users.
- Do not share the package, CRX file, source code, API keys, or access with third parties.
- Do not bypass the approved installation method, interface restrictions, or security controls.
- Do not resell, decompile, or create derivative products from proprietary components without written permission.
3. User responsibilities
The user must read and assess each draft before sending, follow Chat-Space rules, their organization’s internal requirements, and applicable law. A safety check does not replace human review, and an AI result may contain an error or require editing.
4. Prohibited Use
The product may not be used for unlawful activity, impersonation, coercion, exploitation, circumvention of age restrictions, disclosure of contact or private data, dangerous financial instructions, promises of meetings, or actions prohibited by the platform.
5. APIs and Third-Party Services
Some capabilities may require the customer to supply credentials for third-party AI providers. Their pricing, availability, limits, and terms are governed by those providers. Space Pilot does not guarantee uninterrupted third-party services or compatibility with future changes to the Chat-Space interface.
6. Updates and Support
The feature set may be refined in updates for compatibility, quality, and safety. The process for granting, updating, and terminating access is defined in the applicable proposal or agreement. If the customer uses enterprise Chrome policies, their configuration remains the responsibility of the customer's IT administrator.
7. Intellectual Property
Rights to the extension, proprietary code, interface, documentation, name, and brand materials belong to their respective owners. The WordPress theme is distributed separately under the license stated in its files and grants no rights to the extension's proprietary code.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The product is an assistive tool. Unless mandatory law or an agreement provides otherwise, it is supplied without any promise of a specific commercial outcome, error-free text, or uninterrupted availability of a third-party platform.
